Ⅳ. Main Technical Requirements

This machine can produce split set anchor bolts in six specifications with diameters of 39mm, 40mm, 43mm, 44mm, 47mm and 48mm, with an output of about 2500 finished anchor bolts in 8 hours.
The automatic anchor bolt integrated machine is an automated production equipment integrating anchor bolt forming, necking, ring making, cutting and welding. It features high automation, simple operation and high production efficiency. Its performance and output are superior to the existing production line level, with each unit operating reliably and having a low failure rate. When cold-rolled strip steel with a tensile strength of more than 550MPa is used, the maximum output is 4.5±1 pieces per minute of split set anchor bolts complying with MT 285-1992 standard, with the specification of MF39/40/43/47/48×1800-2400mm, and the length is adjustable.
The production line consists of: 3-ton hydraulic decoiler → anchor bolt forming machine → counter, necking and cutting unit → feeder → gantry truss robot arm → ring assembling workbench → ring making machine → ring welding machine → main control cabinet → hydraulic components → finished product collecting hopper.
The steel strip enters the forming machine and is roll-formed through ten passes to produce anchor bolt bodies in six specifications with diameters of 39mm, 40mm, 43mm, 44mm, 47mm and 48mm respectively. The main shaft of the anchor bolt has a diameter of 70mm and adopts a left and right thread design. Both sides of the roller are equipped with double lock nuts and lock washers to prevent roller loosening. Driven by a 15kw three-phase asynchronous motor, the power is transmitted to each forming shaft through a power distribution box after being decelerated by a reducer, ensuring balanced power and synchronous speed of each forming shaft. Wireless remote control for start and stop is available.
The cutting method is hydraulic tracking cutting. The tracking trolley is installed on the linear guide rail of the frame, and a hydraulic cutting and necking device is mounted on the trolley. The counter sends instructions to the cutting device, the anchor bolt pushes the trolley to slide forward along the linear guide rail, and the cutting die tracks the bolt body to the set length according to the instructions to cut and neck it. A servo motor drives the ball screw to return the trolley to its original position, the cut and necked bolt bodies roll into the feeder trough, and the feeder automatically guides the bolt bodies to the reserved position of the feeder.
Upon receiving the in-place signal of the bolt body transmitted from the reserved position of the feeder, Gripper 1 of the gantry truss robot arm grabs the bolt body and delivers it to the ring assembling station, ensuring the slit direction of the bolt body remains unchanged during movement. It works back and forth to realize repeated transportation of bolt bodies, with adjustable speed and transportation distance.
Upon receiving the completion signal sent by the ring making machine, Gripper 2 of the gantry truss robot arm grabs the bolt body and delivers it to Welding Station A and B of the ring welding machine, ensuring the slit direction of the bolt body remains unchanged during movement. It works back and forth to realize repeated transportation of bolt bodies, with adjustable speed and transportation distance.
Ring Assembling Workbench: Upon receiving the bolt body delivered by Robot Arm 1, the air cylinder pushes it into the reserved position of the ring making machine for rapid ring assembling.
Wire Feeding Rack: The whole bundle of 8mm diameter cold-drawn wire (material: Q195, roundness error within 0.02mm) is mounted on the wire feeding reel rack, and the cold-drawn wire is manually pulled out and inserted into the feeding roller of the ring making machine.
Hydraulic Ring Making Machine: Composed of a wire feeding reel, a servo feeder and a hydraulic cutting and forming machine. This part straightens the raw material coil, cuts it to a fixed length, and winds the steel bar to the proper position of the anchor bolt without loosening. The cutting and hooping of this part are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinders, the feeding length and hooping parameters are controlled by PLC, and the parameters are adjustable via touch screen.
Ring Welding Machine: Composed of two CO2 welding machines, equipped with a double-machine and double-station (Station A and B) bolt body ring welding workbench. Upon receiving the bolt body with steel ring delivered by Gripper 2 of the truss robot arm, the welding stations (A and B) perform rapid welding with full and smooth weld seams and high welding speed. The current and voltage of the ring welding machine can be remotely adjusted.
Finished Product Collecting Hopper: After the ring welding machine unloads the welded finished anchor bolts, they automatically roll into the finished product collecting hopper. The equipment operates continuously without manual intervention.
Control Console: Controls processes 1 to 10 and supports wireless remote operation.
Hydraulic Station: Used by the hydraulic cutting unit and the hydraulic ring making machine.
